Potato Weekly
Potato Weekly summarises weekly price information gathered from the Potato Council’s own surveys. The Weekly Average Price Survey (WAPS) provides a good indication of the direction of the GB potato industry and produces the GB Weekly Average Price index and the GB Weekly Free-buy Price index. These prices are summarised from returns made each week by contributing merchants and from a telephone survey of buyers and growers conducted by AHDB MI price collection contractors.
