Opportunities for Potato Council Price and Crop Reporters

AHDB-Potato Council has opportunities for part-time, home-based, self-employed potato Price and Crop Reporters whose role would be to provide impartial, industry information and expertise for a specific GB region to be used by AHDB Market Intelligence (MI) analysts for market reports and publications for the potato industry.
Key responsibilities of the contractors would include conducting weekly telephone surveys, inputting price information into an online database, providing weekly market commentary and assisting MI analysts with ad hoc queries. The successful candidate is likely to have a good knowledge of the GB potato industry, an ability to analyse, discuss and disseminate market and price information and be IT literate.
