- The overall GB Average Price was £141.29/t last week, whilst the Free Market Average eased to £93.98/t
- Packing supplies continue to increase, with most packers utilising contracted stocks, limiting free-buy movement
- With increased loadings, frying prices weakened last week in the bag sector, although some growers resisted sales below current values
- Harvesting continues to make good progress with the estimated clearance to 5th August at 9,200 ha
