- The GB weekly average price was £195.39/t and the free-market was £189.59/t. These are the FINAL Weekly Average Price calculations for the 2011 maincrop season. The reporting of 2012 crop average prices will commence once the sample becomes sufficient to calculate statistically accurate prices.
- Total early GB crop harvested to July 13 was estimated at 2,575 ha, and movement of 53,289 (20.7t/ha), which compares with 4,899 ha and movement of 149,969t (30.6t/ha) in the same week last year, and 4,727ha and movement of 115,446t (24.4t/ha) in 2010.
